-healthy relationship-

Sometimes it feels impossible to find someone who's right for you — and who thinks you're right for him or her!

key a healthy relationship;

That is the key to a healthy relationship actually, since even in a relationship, you’ll be alone some portion of the time. A relationship is just an extension of the economic model. You have something he/she wants, and he/she has something you want (sex, companionship, etc.) As a result, the both of you benefit each other. Over time, as the two of you trade more and more, you realize that it’ll be more efficient if you just stayed together. That’s how it is in a healthy relationship. When you don’t really know yourself and don’t have much to offer in your relationship, that’s when you become “desparate”. It’s also when the other person feel this exceeding neediness from you, which leads the the suspicion that you have much less to offer than what you’ll be getting. If that is the case, then of course the relationship would feel like the center of the world to you, as you are deriving most of your identity from your partner. It would also explain why you would feel very hurt and angry when your partner leaves, since he/she took away all that stuff you were getting.

On the other hand, if you had a strong identity outside of the relationship, then you would simply return to the happy state you were in before you made the trades. You tried a particular trade and it didn’t work out. Now you’re left with what you started with, but with more experience. Do you realize that means you’re better off than you were before you entered the relationship? Life is series of ups and downs. You’re now standing at a point higher than you were at before the relationship (and either higher or lower than when you were in the relationship depending on how you look at it).

Just stop thinking about it and start doing the things you love. The worst case scenario? You’ll never get into a relationship again and do the things you love until you die. Just be okay with that possibility. Think about it, isn’t that a great thing? Now, if a relationship happens to come along which will make you happier - Okee dokie! Sounds good to me.

A lot of pain comes as a result of not knowing yourself and what you want. That’s because not knowing creates a lot of uncertainty in situations, which paralyzes you. For example, let’s say you just had a date and you sit around wondering when the other person would call. Days pass and no call; you become worried, not knowing where you’re at. That’s a common situation that causes many people a lot of distress. The truth is, it’s very easy to deal with when you’ve planned out all the possibilities. You can say something like, if I don’t get a call within a few days, I’ll call him/her back, then don’t think about it anymore. Is thinking about it going to make the other person more likely to call? Not even a little, so why waste time thinking about something you can’t change? Just do what you’ve always been doing - living a happy life.

The old cliche advice really is the way to go. Just know what you love to do, do it, and you’ll meet people along the way.

-hurt-

Hurt is the pain that eats away at my heart and makes me see the world through a filter of truth. Hurt is the passion that makes me live with the hope for eventual vengeance. Hurt is what sits in the pit of my stomach, waiting for me to acknowledge its power. Hurt is my shepherd, my comfort, my home. Hurt is what I feel every moment of every day. Hurt is what halts my laughter immediately after it's conceived. Hurt is what makes me hate the world.

Dating The Fantasy:

When you like a person, you constantly think about them. You imagine yourself in a fantasy, where you go places and do things together. Your lives together are perfect. He/she is romantic, loving, kind, and does exactly what you want when you want it. The only problem is, this person doesn’t actually exist. He/she is a projection of your idealized version of the person you like. What happens when he/she does something different from how you’d imagined? You start to lose a piece of your fantasy. You’ll either feel hurt that he/she isn’t doing what you want “anymore”, and perhaps try to change that person (which will not be well received). So, to start off, try to not imagine what it’d be like, or how good it would be. This is where an intuitive mind trying to analyze tons of possibilities becomes extremely harmful. Date the real person, not the fantasy.

The other thing that happens when you think about your future together too much is that you are analyzing too deeply down one branch of the possibility tree. Other parts of your life start to shrink because all your thoughts are focused on how good it would be together. You think about having kids, raising a family, sharing lots of romantic adventures together. However, these things are way in the future. That will only happen IF he/she likes you, IF you continue to like him/her, IF you decide to have a baby, etc. There are just so many things that can change that particular possibility. So then, what happens when you break up? All your planning has been focused on the two of you being together, so when the unexpected happens, you have no alternate plan! This is when people sit at home crying, blaming the other person for not fulfilling their dreams.

-Freak Out(ride)-

Do you know about freak out?.....
There is a games machine which can make a rotation for 360 degree.,,
A freak out is a pendulum-based fairground ride.
This machine it so marvellous because it make us feel nervous and frighten...
during time rotation, the sit will move almost in 90 degree..
sometime it like so dangerous...
but it so fun...

The riders sit facing each other on chairs suspended around the bob on the pendulum. The pendulum is supported by two A-frames with a height of 13 meters , and the base of the ride is filled with water to give the weight needed to prevent base movement while in motion. During motion, the pendulum climbs to a maximum angle of 127° and reaches a height of 22 meters . Whilst swinging, the chairs rotate around the axis of the pendulum. Most Freakout rides require the rider to be about 132 or 137 cm.

But...
a freak out(ride) is not suitable for sick person like pregnant women..
it will effect our health because this machine will make a rotation with increase the speed until some of the limit...
for the first time ride this machine, you will feel dizzy!!!!!

so...enjoy this game...

-balloon-

what are you think about balloon?
it just a simple, but if we study about balloon...it so marvellous.!!!
there are variety of balloon over the world..
there are might be suitable for make decoration or entertainment...

-balloon-

A balloon is an inflatable membrane, including its low density and relatively low cost, have led to a wide range of applications. Balloons are now widely used over the world for greetings or celebration.

Party balloons are mostly made of natural latex tapped from rubber trees, and can be filled with air, helium ,water or any other suitable liquid or gas. The rubber's elasticity makes the volume adjustable.

Filling the balloon with air can be done with the mouth, a manual or electric inflater (such as a hand pump), or with a source of compressed gas.

When rubber balloons are filled with helium so that they float, they typically retain their buoyancy for only a day or so. The enclosed helium atoms escape through small pores in the latex which are larger than the helium atoms. Balloons filled with air usually hold their size and shape much longer.

-mineral water-

what you know about mineral water?
Do you know where your drinking water comes from?

-Mineral water is water containing minerals or other dissolved substances that alter its taste or give it therapeutic value. Salts, sulfur compounds, and gases are among the substances that can be dissolved in the water. Mineral water can often be effervescent. Mineral water can be prepared or can occur naturally. In many places, mineral water is often colloquially used to mean carbonated water, which is usually carbonated mineral water, as opposed to tap water.

Source of water;

Where Does Drinking Water Come From?

Water come from earth's water cycle. Solar energy causes the water to vapor and to rise into the atmosphere through evaporation. There, it condenses into droplets and forms clouds. Water returns to the surface through precipitation. It then evaporates , flows into rivers, lakes or the ocean.

-the major sins in Islam-

The major sins are those acts which have been forbidden by Allah in the Quran and by His Messenger (SAW) in the Sunnah (practise of the Prophet), and which have been made clear by the actions of of the first righteous generation of Muslims, the Companions of the Prophet (SAW).

Allah Most High says in His Glorious Book:

If you avoid the major (part) of what you have been forbidden (to do), We will cancel out for you your (other) evil deeds and will admit you (to Paradise) with a noble entry. (al-Nisa 4:31)
Thus by this verse, Allah Most High has guaranteed the Garden of Paradise to those who avoid the major sins. And Allah Most High also says:
Those who avoid the greatest of sins and indecencies, and forgive when they are angry (al-Shra 42:37) Those who avoid the greatest sins and indecencies, except for oversights, (will find that) surely your Lord is ample in forgiveness. (Al-Najm 53:32)
The Messenger of Allah (SAW) said: "The five [daily] prayers, Friday to Friday, and Ramadan to Ramadan make atonement for what has happenned since the previous one when major sins have been avoided." It is therefore very important to determine exactly what the greatest vices, technically called "the major sins" (Kaba'ir), are, in order that Muslims should avoid them.

- concept of Islam -

The oneness of the Divine Being requires that all submission must be to Him. There is nothing in the people’s mind or in their lives, which is not subject to God’s authority. The oneness of God means that there is only One Being who has the right to set values and standards for people requiring them to submit to Him, obey Him, and implement the legislation He had enacted for them in all the affairs of their lives. There is only one faith, namely, pure submission to God alone, which is acceptable to Him.

When we said that the only true faith acceptable to God is self-surrender to Him, we mean true Islam. This is not merely a claim to be stated, a flag to be raised or a detached academic concept to be discussed which does not stir hearts or minds, or even a set of acts of worship such as Prayer, fasting and pilgrimage. This is not the sort of Islam, which God describes as the only faith acceptable to Him. True Islam means complete obedience, total submission to God and the implementation of His revelations in human life, as stated in the Quran.

Islam also means the oneness of the Divine Being who is the Eternal Master of all. People of earlier revelations used to confuse the person of God and the person of Jesus Christ. They also confused God’s will and that of Christ’s. They disagreed among themselves so violently that they fought and killed one another on numerous occasions. God, therefore, made the reasons for these disputes clear for both the people of earlier revelations and for the Muslim community.

Their disputes did not arise out of ignorance of the truth. They had been given certain knowledge of God’s oneness and the fact that He is the only Lord in the universe. They were also given the knowledge they needed about human nature and true submission to God. They simply disagreed ‘through mutual aggression’ when they abandoned the course of justice embodied in the faith and the law of God revealed to them.

-heart disease risk factors-

Cardiovascular disease can take many forms: high blood pressure, coronary artery disease, valvular heart disease, stroke, or rheumatic fever/rheumatic heart disease

Major risk factors;

High Blood Pressure (Hypertension). High blood pressure increases your risk of heart disease, heart attack, and stroke. Although other risk factors can lead to high blood pressure, you can have it without having other risk factors. If you are obese, smoke, or have high blood cholesterol levels along with high blood pressure, your risk of heart disease or stroke greatly increases.

Blood pressure can vary with activity and age, but a healthy adult who is resting should have a systolic pressure below 120 and a diastolic pressure below 80.

Smoking. Most people know that cigarette and tobacco smoking increases your risk of lung cancer, but few realize that it also greatly increases the risk of heart disease and peripheral vascular disease (disease in the vessels that supply blood to the arms and legs). According to the American Heart Association, more than 400,000 Americans die each year of smoking-related illnesses. Many of these deaths are because of the effects of smoking on the heart and blood vessels.

Research has shown that smoking increases heart rate, tightens major arteries, and can create irregularities in the timing of heartbeats, all of which make your heart work harder. Smoking also raises blood pressure, which increases the risk of stroke in people who already have high blood pressure. Although nicotine is the main active agent in cigarette smoke, other chemicals and compounds like tar and carbon monoxide are also harmful to your heart in many ways. These chemicals lead to the buildup of fatty plaque in the arteries, possibly by injuring the vessel walls. And they also affect cholesterol and levels of fibrinogen, which is a blood-clotting material. This increases the risk of a blood clot that can lead to a heart attack.

-transformation of bicycle-

Nowadays, bicycles have many transformations from the classic version to the modern version. Classic bicycle and modern bicycle have several similarities and differences. People from all walks of life are familiar about this vehicle. How about you? Here I would like to talk about compare and contrast between the classic bicycle and modern bicycle.

Firstly, the similarities of classic bicycle and modern bicycle are about the parts of bicycle. One of the parts of bicycle is the handle. Both models still use the handle to control the bike. Next, is about the wheels. Bicycle uses two wheels and it easier for people to cycle in small road and also easier to go anywhere at short distance. Other than that, is about the body. Most of manufacture of bicycle still uses the same pattern to build a bicycle. Furthermore, the break system of bicycle still same because the brake still at the front and the back of bicycle. Moreover, both types of bicycles still we can cycle at night because these bicycles are have lamp at the front and at the back. To cycle with more comfortable, bicycle was have a saddle to sit and we can control the bike carefully. Fender also are need for both types of bicycles because without fender, our cloth easy to dirty because of the road condition. Besides that, the pedal bicycle is the most significant part of bicycle. It is because the pedal is uses to cycle the bicycle and we can control the speed of our bicycle. Although, we can cycle our bicycle anywhere but we must make sure our bicycle have a security to avoid any thievery case. Because of that, the bicycles have a key to lock the wheels. Therefore, both bicycles are having a fork system to control and hold the front wheel.

Secondly, the difference of classic bicycle and modern bicycle is the handle. Handle of classic bicycle is most in curve design while the modern bicycle is in the straight type and also most in complex design. Next, is about the wheels and body. The difference of both models is about the material uses. For classic bicycle, they use stainless steel material for wheels and body while the material uses for modern bicycle is alloy for wheels and carbon for the body. These material uses are making modern bicycle lighter than classic bicycle. Other than that, is about the brake system. Classic bicycle is use the caliper brake while modern bicycle is use the disc brake. Disc brake system is giving more functionally than caliper brake system. Furthermore, the classic bicycle is use the lamp with uses the dynamo while the modern bicycle is use the lamp with uses the battery. Moreover, the saddle of classic bicycle is heavy and has a front spring while the saddle of modern bicycle is light and more comfortable. For fender part, the classic bicycle is long and use stainless steel material while the modern bicycle is use short fender and use the polymer material. Besides that, for pedal of both bicycle, the design of classic bicycle is just suitable to cycle while the design of modern bicycle is for cycle and also suitable for race event. Then, is about the security of both bicycles. For classic bicycle, the key of bicycle is not functionally than the key of modern bicycle. Therefore, the classic bicycle is not has a suspension for fork system while for modern bicycle, it has suspension and it suitable for any different type of roads.

As a conclusion, from the information of similarities and differences of bicycle, we can establish what models are more functionally and suitable for us nowadays.

learn to be strong

Words of wisdom
come to my ears,
Telling me what I know in my heart,
But never wanted to hear.

With the truth finally said
and out in the open for me to plainly see,
I wonder why I can love so deeply
but never had that love returned back to me.

I confessed the feelings
that I held inside for so long,
But with his soft- hearted rejection,
I realize I have to be strong.

With tears that want to flow
from my eyes,
I feel that my heart,
along with my composure, slowly dies.

While this dramatic side is showing through
with my ability to question and reason,
I think I may have found
something in me that I can believe in.

Love hurts . . .
That’s what they all say,
But I will love again
when all this pain and sorrow goes away.

So I sit and think of all the things
this situation has cost,
And I realize that nothing
very important has been lost.

Instead, a learning experience
has come from all this.
I’ve learned that hardly anything
is more important than my happiness.
