-the major sins in Islam-

The major sins are those acts which have been forbidden by Allah in the Quran and by His Messenger (SAW) in the Sunnah (practise of the Prophet), and which have been made clear by the actions of of the first righteous generation of Muslims, the Companions of the Prophet (SAW).

Allah Most High says in His Glorious Book:

If you avoid the major (part) of what you have been forbidden (to do), We will cancel out for you your (other) evil deeds and will admit you (to Paradise) with a noble entry. (al-Nisa 4:31)
Thus by this verse, Allah Most High has guaranteed the Garden of Paradise to those who avoid the major sins. And Allah Most High also says:
Those who avoid the greatest of sins and indecencies, and forgive when they are angry (al-Shra 42:37) Those who avoid the greatest sins and indecencies, except for oversights, (will find that) surely your Lord is ample in forgiveness. (Al-Najm 53:32)
The Messenger of Allah (SAW) said: "The five [daily] prayers, Friday to Friday, and Ramadan to Ramadan make atonement for what has happenned since the previous one when major sins have been avoided." It is therefore very important to determine exactly what the greatest vices, technically called "the major sins" (Kaba'ir), are, in order that Muslims should avoid them.

Allah Most High says: Surely, Allah does not forgive associating anything with Him, and He forgives whatever is other than that to whomever He wills. (al-Nisa 4:48 and 116)

- concept of Islam -

The oneness of the Divine Being requires that all submission must be to Him. There is nothing in the people’s mind or in their lives, which is not subject to God’s authority. The oneness of God means that there is only One Being who has the right to set values and standards for people requiring them to submit to Him, obey Him, and implement the legislation He had enacted for them in all the affairs of their lives. There is only one faith, namely, pure submission to God alone, which is acceptable to Him.

When we said that the only true faith acceptable to God is self-surrender to Him, we mean true Islam. This is not merely a claim to be stated, a flag to be raised or a detached academic concept to be discussed which does not stir hearts or minds, or even a set of acts of worship such as Prayer, fasting and pilgrimage. This is not the sort of Islam, which God describes as the only faith acceptable to Him. True Islam means complete obedience, total submission to God and the implementation of His revelations in human life, as stated in the Quran.

Islam also means the oneness of the Divine Being who is the Eternal Master of all. People of earlier revelations used to confuse the person of God and the person of Jesus Christ. They also confused God’s will and that of Christ’s. They disagreed among themselves so violently that they fought and killed one another on numerous occasions. God, therefore, made the reasons for these disputes clear for both the people of earlier revelations and for the Muslim community.

Their disputes did not arise out of ignorance of the truth. They had been given certain knowledge of God’s oneness and the fact that He is the only Lord in the universe. They were also given the knowledge they needed about human nature and true submission to God. They simply disagreed ‘through mutual aggression’ when they abandoned the course of justice embodied in the faith and the law of God revealed to them.

-heart disease risk factors-

Cardiovascular disease can take many forms: high blood pressure, coronary artery disease, valvular heart disease, stroke, or rheumatic fever/rheumatic heart disease

Major risk factors;

High Blood Pressure (Hypertension). High blood pressure increases your risk of heart disease, heart attack, and stroke. Although other risk factors can lead to high blood pressure, you can have it without having other risk factors. If you are obese, smoke, or have high blood cholesterol levels along with high blood pressure, your risk of heart disease or stroke greatly increases.

Blood pressure can vary with activity and age, but a healthy adult who is resting should have a systolic pressure below 120 and a diastolic pressure below 80.

Smoking. Most people know that cigarette and tobacco smoking increases your risk of lung cancer, but few realize that it also greatly increases the risk of heart disease and peripheral vascular disease (disease in the vessels that supply blood to the arms and legs). According to the American Heart Association, more than 400,000 Americans die each year of smoking-related illnesses. Many of these deaths are because of the effects of smoking on the heart and blood vessels.

Research has shown that smoking increases heart rate, tightens major arteries, and can create irregularities in the timing of heartbeats, all of which make your heart work harder. Smoking also raises blood pressure, which increases the risk of stroke in people who already have high blood pressure. Although nicotine is the main active agent in cigarette smoke, other chemicals and compounds like tar and carbon monoxide are also harmful to your heart in many ways. These chemicals lead to the buildup of fatty plaque in the arteries, possibly by injuring the vessel walls. And they also affect cholesterol and levels of fibrinogen, which is a blood-clotting material. This increases the risk of a blood clot that can lead to a heart attack.

-transformation of bicycle-

Nowadays, bicycles have many transformations from the classic version to the modern version. Classic bicycle and modern bicycle have several similarities and differences. People from all walks of life are familiar about this vehicle. How about you? Here I would like to talk about compare and contrast between the classic bicycle and modern bicycle.

Firstly, the similarities of classic bicycle and modern bicycle are about the parts of bicycle. One of the parts of bicycle is the handle. Both models still use the handle to control the bike. Next, is about the wheels. Bicycle uses two wheels and it easier for people to cycle in small road and also easier to go anywhere at short distance. Other than that, is about the body. Most of manufacture of bicycle still uses the same pattern to build a bicycle. Furthermore, the break system of bicycle still same because the brake still at the front and the back of bicycle. Moreover, both types of bicycles still we can cycle at night because these bicycles are have lamp at the front and at the back. To cycle with more comfortable, bicycle was have a saddle to sit and we can control the bike carefully. Fender also are need for both types of bicycles because without fender, our cloth easy to dirty because of the road condition. Besides that, the pedal bicycle is the most significant part of bicycle. It is because the pedal is uses to cycle the bicycle and we can control the speed of our bicycle. Although, we can cycle our bicycle anywhere but we must make sure our bicycle have a security to avoid any thievery case. Because of that, the bicycles have a key to lock the wheels. Therefore, both bicycles are having a fork system to control and hold the front wheel.

Secondly, the difference of classic bicycle and modern bicycle is the handle. Handle of classic bicycle is most in curve design while the modern bicycle is in the straight type and also most in complex design. Next, is about the wheels and body. The difference of both models is about the material uses. For classic bicycle, they use stainless steel material for wheels and body while the material uses for modern bicycle is alloy for wheels and carbon for the body. These material uses are making modern bicycle lighter than classic bicycle. Other than that, is about the brake system. Classic bicycle is use the caliper brake while modern bicycle is use the disc brake. Disc brake system is giving more functionally than caliper brake system. Furthermore, the classic bicycle is use the lamp with uses the dynamo while the modern bicycle is use the lamp with uses the battery. Moreover, the saddle of classic bicycle is heavy and has a front spring while the saddle of modern bicycle is light and more comfortable. For fender part, the classic bicycle is long and use stainless steel material while the modern bicycle is use short fender and use the polymer material. Besides that, for pedal of both bicycle, the design of classic bicycle is just suitable to cycle while the design of modern bicycle is for cycle and also suitable for race event. Then, is about the security of both bicycles. For classic bicycle, the key of bicycle is not functionally than the key of modern bicycle. Therefore, the classic bicycle is not has a suspension for fork system while for modern bicycle, it has suspension and it suitable for any different type of roads.

As a conclusion, from the information of similarities and differences of bicycle, we can establish what models are more functionally and suitable for us nowadays.
